1. Mill System
Capacity: 100kg/h
Description: CE listed Motor, Double roller, distance adjustable, stainelss steel 304 material.
Optional: Flexible Auger, grain hydrator, grist case
2. Brew House System
-One tank for mash and lauter, one tank for boling and whirlpool. Hot liquor tank is optional.
-Capacity 50L-300L, 1/2bbl- 3bbl.
– Steam heated, electrical heated or natural gas
-Insulated HLT and CLT with the pipelines and pumps
–External grant, hops back, heat exchanger.Wort oxygenation system, working platform.
-All the necessary pipelines and pumps.
3. Fermenter&BBT System
-Capacity: 50L-300L, 1/2bbl-3bbl, +25% Head space
-Interior shell thickness 3-6mm, Exterior shell=2mm
-100% TIG welding with pure argon gas shield
–Test pressure 3 bar, working pressure 1.5 bar
-Glycol zones (Both on side and concial/bottom)
-60° or 72° conical bottom for Fermener, Shadow less side man way
-Racking arm, Sample valve, Pressure relief valve on the top, Dry hopping on the top
-Adjustable tank leveling pads
4. Cooling System
Description: Air type chiller + Ice water tank or Glycol tank
Capacity: 1HP, 2HP, + 100L-1000L tank

5.Control System
–PID or PLC system
-SIEMENS program S7-200, Siemens touch screen.
-Penumatic valves for optional
6.Canning line, Kegging line
-Double station Kegging line.
-Small capacity Canning line.
1-Payment terms: 50% deposit, 50% before delivery.
2-Delivery time: 45~60 days after deposit, The technical files (layout, drawings, flow chart etc.) confirmation time not included in the manufacturing time.
3-Warranty: 36 months for the tanks, 12 months for the electrical parts, valves, rubber pads and other quick-wear part.
4-Layout design: Cassman will provide vessels drawing, brewery layout, brewing flow chart, piping diagram.
5-Installation: Cassman will send 1-2 engineers for the installation, salary is USD 80/day, the buyer will take charge of the air ticket, visa and hotel for the engineer.
